SEdisk

There is an urgent need to have a more secure storage place for data then the only option most people have today, — a hard disk on their own personal computer. To facilitate this SEdisk is a WebDAV solution with heavy safeguards; it uses https, encrypted file systems and automatic backup routines.

In addition to the usual safeguards for authentication and authorization there are also behaviour checks to even further increase security.

In use the system is installed on a small computer with one or more disks, preferably more than one as the system wants to use a raid solution for storage, and with a network interface. The system even incorporates its own firewall system.

The system is to be made available under a creative commons license.
